On the Swiss Prime Site project, I led the redesign of the corporate website and online annual report in close collaboration with the client and Linkgroup AG.
The objective was to consolidate multiple group companies into a multifunctional digital platform while simultaneously carrying out a full rebranding.
Challenge: Swiss Prime Site, Switzerland’s leading stock-exchange-listed real estate company, needed a holistic digital solution that could unify its group companies under one platform. The existing website suffered from data overload, duplicated content, and a fragmented brand identity. The challenge was to create a streamlined information architecture, a new navigation concept, and a scalable CMS that supported automation, integration, and efficient reporting—all while implementing a rebrand and delivering both the corporate website and online annual report from a single source.
Process: I began by prioritizing UX improvements, addressing complexity through collaborative workshops (Miro sessions, UX Lean Canvas) with the client and a digital consultant. These insights shaped a new information architecture and content strategy that simplified navigation and improved clarity. In parallel, we redefined the brand identity, evolving the guidelines and visual language alongside the content and UI design to ensure alignment at every stage. The UI screen design was crafted to embody this refreshed identity while enhancing usability. Throughout the process, I worked closely with the client on their timeline and terms, fostering transparency and trust.
Results: The outcome was a multifunctional corporate website and online annual report that seamlessly combined marketing, reporting, and storytelling within a single CMS. Automated processes streamlined media releases, while integrated modules supported ongoing reporting and brand communication. The project not only delivered a strong digital platform but also ensured a smooth rebranding implementation. Swiss Prime Site praised the solution for meeting both strategic and operational goals, establishing a foundation for a long-term collaborative partnership.
